Frequently Asked Questions

Windsong Resort accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. All
credit card charges are securely processed and will appear on your statement as being charged by
Windsong LLC, our US based parent company for online billing, and or Island Management dba
Windsong Resort.

The card holder who pre-paid the deposit to confirm the reservation MUST bring and present the credit
card used to book the reservation along with his/her valid government-issued identification (passport)
at check-in. Other forms of payment (cash, debit card, or another credit card) can be used to pay for the
balance of the reservation due 24 hours prior to arrival, only if the owner of the credit card used to pay
the deposit presents the original credit card at check-in. Debit and Credit cards will be pre-authorized at
check-in for $100 per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will only hold the funds until check
out, at which time the amount you actually incurred during your stay will be charged. Authorized
amounts may take up to 10 days after departure to be released by your financial institution, and the
hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.Example Answer

The Standard Reservation period for 2025?

• The Standard Reservation period for 2025 runs from January 3 through December 25, 2025. A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Refund policy: Deposits are refundable, less a 5% credit card transaction fee, if written cancellation is received and confirmed by Windsong Resort at least 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Within 21 days: Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to any cancelled or altered nights of a confirmed reservation, including early departure.
• Early departures/no-shows: Early departures are non-refundable. No-shows will incur a 100% penalty of the full stay.

The Holiday Reservation period for Christmas 2025 / New Year 2026

• The Holiday Reservation period runs from December 26, 2025, through January 2, 2026.
• Stay requirements:
• Minimum 5-night stay: December 26–30, 2025 (inclusive)
• Minimum 3-night stay: December 31, 2025–January 2, 2026 (inclusive)
• Deposit & payment policy:
• A 1-night deposit is required at the time of booking, refundable less a 5% credit card transaction fee if written cancellation is received and confirmed by Windsong Resort before October 1, 2025.
• The balance of full prepayment is due on October 1, 2025.
• After October 1, all deposits are non-refundable and non-changeable, including for early departures.
• Early departures/no-shows: Early departures are non-refundable. No-shows will incur a 100% penalty of the full stay.

Room Rates are based on 'Standard' Occupancy.  Each additional person above the 'Standard' occupancy and up to the 'Maximum' occupancy is subject to US$75 plus tax and service charge per person, per day.  Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed, are stated in US dollars, and are subject to a 17% sales tax and 10% service charge.
